Opportunity

We were asked to come up with a novel way of presenting travel writing content which would be far superior to run-of-the-mill mundane and dull travel sites. Most of these sites will only publish reviews if the hotel or restaurant agrees to pay a commission, sometimes as much as 20% of the cost of the booking. It would naturally be difficult for these sites to give an unbiased review under those circumstances and a glowing reference is practically guaranteed!

Action

We worked in collaboration with the owners and agents to design a really clean, effective and simple site that now features hundreds of reviews - and the important thing is that no money has changed hands in commissions or incentives, which makes it truly unique.

Performance

Frank Camel goes from strength to strength. The site is really starting to make headway and was recently featured as "The Times Travel site of the week." Arsycamel really has a truly irreverent and honest look at the industry. Fully designed, built, hosted, managed and maintained 24x7 by Twinrock.
